At Just Peoples, we believe in a future shaped by local leadership. Organisations led by people who are rooted in the communities they serve and driven by lived experience, cultural wisdom, and a deep understanding of the challenges their people face.

This round of The School of Visibility grants will be offered to support extraordinary locally-led organisations based in Asia-Pacific, East Africa or Malawi to develop a Visibility Strategy to gain the global recognition they deserve as they pioneer powerful solutions to poverty in their communities.



What the grant offers

A fully funded place with The School of Visibility to engage in a guided journey from November 2025 – February 2026 to develop a custom Visibility Strategy for your organisation, built around your voice and vision.

  • access to an 8-week digital Visibility Strategy development program for the organisation’s leader and one additional team member

  • a personalised review of your organisation’s donor facing communications

  • live online peer calls and community support throughout: You’ll be invited to regular online calls with other grantees to reflect, share, and build community. These sessions include guided discussions and practical support to help you build your organisation’s Visibility Strategy

  • customisable tools and templates: Flexible tools you can adapt to your organisation, whether you're just getting started or refining an existing approach


Who We're Looking For

We are are looking for organisations that:

  • are locally-led and locally founded

  • are legally registered as a non-profit organisation in their home country in Asia-Pacific, East Africa or Malawi

  • are tackling poverty by addressing root causes

  • have an annual operating budget of less than USD$1,000,000

  • have a proven track record of impact over a minimum of 3 years, and are ready to increase their visibility to a global donor base

  • are willing and able to attend eight online meetings (max 90 mins each) and commit to at least 2 additional hours per week for course work between November 2025 and February 2026
