Filling Out Your Application
A quick guide to help you navigate the process
Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant to attend The School of Visibility! We’re excited to learn about you and your work. This short guide will walk you through how to fill out the application form, what to expect, and how to get the best experience using the application platform.
About the Application Structure AND FORM PREVIEW
The application is made up of a few simple sections:
Basic Information - We’ll begin by asking you some brief details about yourself and your organisation.
Availability Check - Next, we’ll outline what time commitments are required for the School of Visibility program that the granted places are being offered. If you’re not available to take part this time around, you don’t need to continue with the rest of the form unless you want us to have your details for next time.
In-depth Organisational Questions - If you're moving forward, we’ll ask a few deeper questions about your organisation. These can be answered with a 2 minute video response.

Tips for Using the Application Platform
Use a supported browser: For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. The application process is not likely to function correctly on Internet Explorer.
Do it in one sitting: The form cannot be saved partway through. Set aside around 60 minutes of uninterrupted time and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Use a device with a camera: This can include a desktop, tablet, laptop or smartphone
Once you submit an answer, you can’t return to it to change it: However, you’ll have a chance at the end of the form to add anything you forgot to share or want to clarify. If you make a major mistake, you can restart your application.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not judging the quality of your video or how polished your answer is. What we care about is:
Your passion
Your vision
Your impact
We encourage you to speak from the heart, and let us know what you think is important for us to understand about your work and your organisation.

Before you begin, we suggest gathering the following documents and having them easily accessible to upload from the device you’re completing your application on:
